We encourage you to contact us within 5 days of receiving your package so we can review the situation and make it right where possible.

- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) or packaging (if applicable)
This helps us resolve your concern quickly and fairly.
Important Notes
- Requests submitted after 5 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
