What is included in a Root & Ritual care package?
Each care package is a thoughtfully curated collection of premium self-care essentials—ranging from skincare, teas, and candles to affirmation cards, crystals, and more. Every box includes exclusive access to a virtual complimentary ritual experience guide to walk you through how to use each item with intention, creating a cohesive at-home wellness ritual.
Are the products natural or organic?
We prioritize products made with clean, high-quality, and ethically sourced ingredients. Many of our partners use organic, vegan, and cruelty-free formulas. Each product is chosen with care to align with our wellness philosophy and elevate your self-care experience.
Can I customize a box or build my own?
Each care package is pre-curated for intention and flow—but we love creating meaningful experiences. While we do not yet offer a build-your-own-box option (shhh... coming soon!) we are happy to have a conversation about your needs and see how we can help!
Have a specific intention, mood, or moment you're navigating?
Tell us about it, and we’ll design a custom ritual just for you. Whether it’s support through a transition, deep rest, celebration, or healing, we’ll tailor the products and energy of your box to your unique journey and provide guidance as to which products and experiences may best fit your needs.

🚚 SHIPPING & ORDERS
How long will it take to receive my order?
We start personally curating your order immediately, with shipping typically taking 3-5 business days. Our goal is to get your order to you within one week! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way. We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure a reliable delivery. During peak seasons or special launches, shipping may take a bit longer—we appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your package. And yes, SHIPPING IS FREE SITEWIDE!Â
Note: When you order multiple boxes, you will receive a tracking number for each box, as well as separate deliveries for each box!
Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
Currently, we offer FREE shipping throughout the U.S., with possible hand-delivery options for Philadelphia and surrounding suburb areas. We do not support international shipping at this time.
Do you have a physical storefront?
Not just yet—but we’re dreaming big! Root & Ritual Boutique is currently an online-based wellness experience, lovingly curated and shipped from our home studio in Pennsylvania.
We do pop up in person from time to time! 🌟

What if my package arrives damaged or incomplete?
We want you to have a beautiful experience. If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please reach out to us at rootandritualboutique@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right.
📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my box?
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Do you offer subscription boxes?
Not yet... but it's currently in the works! Our upcoming seasonal membership program will offer a new care package each season—along with access to virtual wellness classes, personal development workshops, and 1:1 wellness consultations. It’s the ultimate ritual experience for your personal growth and self care journey.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Absolutely! Our care packages make meaningful, soul-nourishing gifts. If you'd like to add a personalized note, please email rootandritualboutique@gmail.com with your order number and personalized message, and we'll make sure it's included! Don't worry, we never include pricing in the box.

💛 SAFETY GUIDELINES & DISCLAIMERS
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are gentle and suitable for most skin types. However, individual sensitivities vary. We always recommend a patch test before full use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitive skin.
Important: Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult your physician before using new wellness or skincare products, especially if pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
Do any of the boxes include food or edible products?
Yes—some packages include tea, hydration drink mixes, chocolates, or small edible treats. These items are not guaranteed allergen-free and may be processed in facilities that handle nuts, dairy, gluten, or soy. Please review ingredient labels carefully before consuming, and consume at your own risk.

Crystals, affirmation cards, and other spiritual items are included as complimentary wellness practices to enhance mindfulness, intention-setting, and inner connection. While many find these tools meaningful, they are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.
